Could you provide our Fundraising and Marketing Team with regular support in administration, research and fundraising projects?

Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to volunteer regularly (1-2 days per week) at the Beanstalk office near the Barbican (6 Middle Street, London, EC1A 7JA) but would also be pleased to discuss further with anyone who is able to help in some way.

Beanstalk’s Fundraising and Marketing Team

Our Fundraising and Marketing Team is an enthusiastic, professional and hardworking team which consists of 8 staff members who are responsible for raising over 50% of the organisation’s expenditure from a variety of fundraising sources and for raising our profile.

We are looking for a volunteer who can provide some support with the vital administrative function of the team.

Below are some examples of the type of help we need:

• Researching potential trusts, corporate and individual high net-worth supporters.
• Support with fundraising event planning
• Researching and making initial agency enquiries to grow our celebrity support.
• Supporting a range of administrative duties, including recording donor details on our database (Raiser’s Edge/RE) e.g. adding people to RE, adding gifts to RE, adding prospects to RE.
• Updating our media case study library.
• Support with increasing Beanstalk’s social media presence
• Attend fundraising events where appropriate
