The inaugural BookFest took place on Saturday 15th October at Francis Holland School SW1W 8JF.

The event will be officially opened at 10am followed by author talks and workshops:

Coram Beanstalk also hosted a workshop entitled Reluctant Readers 10.30am - 11.15am in the Drama Studio which may be of interest to parents and reading helpers alike.

Please note these events overlap and you will therefore not be able to attend all 4 consecutively.

Tales on Moon Lane children's bookshop www.talesonmoonlane.co.uk will be attending to sell a range of early readers, story games and puzzle books. They will also have copies of all the books written by our fabulous authors available to purchase and the authors will be signing copies at the end of their talks. Please note that you will need to allow time to queue for the book signing after your event.

Coram Beanstalk reading helpers will be on hand with refreshments and to entertain our young visitors between talks.

You can attend any number of events but please book each of the events separately so that we can gauge numbers. You do not need to bring any tickets with you on the day.

Please note that children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

"I'd like to thank everyone who has played a part in making BookFest 2016 possible. We are indebted to the authors who have given up their time but also to Ames Belgravia Property Consultants and Lucy Elphinstone of Francis Holland School who have been generous in helping to bring the BookFest to life. Together we have all played a part in ensuring that more children can experience the magic of reading" - Ginny Lunn, CEO Coram Beanstalk
