Area Administrator | Maidstone | 23 hours per week AREA ADMINISTRATOR Hours: 23 hours per week (core hours 9am - 4pm, flexible working pattern available) Salary: £8.06 per hour Proposed start date: October 2016 Office: This role is based at our Maidstone office. You may on occasion be required to travel to/work from other Beanstalk offices. Closing Date: 16th September 2016 Interview Date: 29th September 2016 About the role We are looking for an experienced administrator who is organised and IT literate to be the first point of contact for the volunteers and undertake administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the Kent, Medway and East Sussex areas. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential. This a very varied role so it is essential you are able to prioritise your time to manage several tasks and maintain orderly systems. Day to day tasks include; Processing applications and arranging interviews Localised ownership of our volunteer database Producing letters, notices, invoices and reports as required Stationery ordering, reference requests and room bookings Dealing with telephone enquiries and email enquiries Act as secretary at Area meetings and produce and circulate the minutes.
