Beanstalk Winter Celebration

To mark International Volunteer Day on Monday 5^th December, we're holding a Winter Celebration for all our reading helpers and their friends across London. This is an opportunity to find out more about our work in local primary schools and to speak to our volunteers about their experience as a Beanstalk trained reading helper.

Our special guest will be Mat Tobin, Senior Lecturer in English and Children's Literature at Oxford Brookes University. Mat will give an interactive workshop about how to use books to inspire children to read for pleasure. You can find out more about Mat here .
