About the role 

Join our successful, committed & energetic fundraising team to ensure we can reach out to more children by 2020.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing experience, and develop your skills, in all aspects of Individual Giving fundraising. This role would suit an existing Officer or an ambitious Coordinator looking to take the next step up. 

This is a varied role where you will be responsible for;

  • increasing income from our individual giving appeals; 
  • managing new and exciting challenge events;
  • supporting other fundraising events;
  • implementing a schools and universities fundraising plan;
  • looking after legacies
  • many other interesting and varied projects.

  • You will need to be proactive, positive and resilient, and able to manage a number of projects, deliver on time and to the highest possible standards.
  • You will be an effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise daily tasks alongside ongoing projects. 
  • You will maximise our income and achieve agreed targets; grow our supporter base and support the Partnerships Manager with accurate reporting and database management using Raisers Edge. 
  • You will be well-organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to hit deadlines, with experience of providing administrative support to a successful team.
  • You will be able to build effective internal and external relationships and be able to correspond with a high standard of written English.
