Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm

Location: based at our vibrant London hub near Barbican

Salary: £21,000 per annum

Contract: 5 months Fixed Term Contract

About the role

We are recruiting for an experienced and efficient administrator, ideally with some previous HR exposure to assist the Beanstalk People Team with the day to day running of the department.

Purpose of the Role

• To provide a high quality human resources service to managers and staff through efficient administration, record keeping, monitoring and coordination of HR activities.
• To coordinate and implement HR recruitment processes 
• To organise and coordinate staff training and the Beanstalk corporate induction programme.
• To ensure that payroll, contracts, pensions, HR records are up to date and accurate, and meet data protection and confidentiality standards.


  • An effective multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise daily duties
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to hit deadlines, with experience of providing administrative support to a successful team.
  • Able to build effective internal and external relationships and be able to communicate with staff at all levels and correspond with a high standard of written English
  • Competent using databases and Microsoft packages
  • Able to ensure private and confidential data is kept secure and disposed of in the appropriate manner
  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in HR.


  • Some previous exposure /experience in HR 
  • Experience or knowledge of using external job boards to advertise vacancies
  • Experience or working knowledge of SharePoint
