With strong communication skills, you will enjoy dealing with operational issues, managing a large team of staff, volunteers and partners at all levels. It will be your role to develop and deliver a plan for London that brings new partners on board; helps more children; supports the team to deliver through hundreds of volunteers, and to represent Beanstalk externally, including with the media. Reporting to the Director of Local Services you will play a vital role in ensuring the future growth of Beanstalk on a national level.
