Use of the Website

• You may access and use the Website without registering your details with us. However, in order to make a donation, complete an application form, receive e-newsletters, tweets, Facebook or Vimeo updates or other notifications, or take part in any other event or activity related to the Website you will need to become a registered member of the Website by creating an account with us. Coram Beanstalk will use and process the information you provide in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

• You agree to indemnify and hold Coram Beanstalk, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, costs, expenses, liability or losses incurred by Beanstalk as a result of your use of the Website or, for registered users, the use of your Website account and any content that you upload or that is uploaded using your Website account.
